From the arrival to the departure all was great. Karen a trainnee was absolutely amazing. Gave me tips, helped me with general info. Also the Frint Desk manager was very gentle to call and ask about my stay. Great team! The bar is out of this world! Also the food! Pls dont forget to release my deposit !!!!

The hotel is a little distance from Patong Beach (although the hotel provides a shuttle bus). The hotel does not have its own beach. The hotel is beside a highway, and there are only a few restaurants nearby. It sounds as if this is not the best holiday hotel choice,right? But you just need to check in.Then you will find that this is a surprisingly good hotel.Because the hotel is located on the hillside, the sea view is very spectacular. The staff are all friendly and always have a smile.With a person with limited mobility the front desk team Joe Sordy and LOH took extra care of us. And lovely Ms.Noodang at breakfast restaurant was so kind to us.She not only explained everything in detail. And make sure our table is clean and the cups are full.She also took the initiative to recommend us and sent us the special dessert of the day. Then let's talk about the breakfast.Hotels in Thailand have never short of a good breakfast.But the breakfast at Kalima is unbelievable.Whether it is the variety or the quality of food.For example you may find bubble breakfast in many hotels.But Kalima take it to an other level.You can even make your own highball here.Such a good breakfast plus a good view what else could you ask for a holiday?

From the very first moment, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome — always smiling, always greeting us, and always ready to help with genuine warmth and care. The level of customer service here is next-level; you can really feel that they care about every detail and every guest. The villa itself is peaceful, beautiful, and spotless — everything is extremely clean and perfectly maintained. The food was absolutely delicious, with great quality and variety, and every meal felt like a treat. The atmosphere is calm, luxurious, and relaxing, yet the people make it feel like home. If you’re looking for outstanding service, welcoming people, amazing food, and a place that makes you feel truly valued as a guest, Villa Zolitude is the perfect choice. I would 100% come back and recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay.

Room was spotless, though a little outdated - same with the club lounge. Club lounge provided beer, wine and spirits & mixers. Staff were all very courteous. Easy check in. Hotel close to a sky train station, bus stop and plenty of taxis & tuk-tuks around also. Having a balcony on the 56th floor made our stay incredible, especially with the river view! Made our special trip, extra special. Only downfall is the sky bar is very busy and guests there use the same lifts - sometimes a bit of wait to get in the lift when on certain floors but staff tried to ensure guests staying at hotel were a priority. Would DEFINITELY stay here again !

The food was great and the atmosphere was beautiful and it felt like nature. The workers and staff are very nice. The thing about the pool is that it's covered under the trees so the water is very cold and almost too cold to go in. The room was only cleaned halfway throughout our time in there. Overall it was a beautiful location but I plan on finding a place where the pool would be more usable and our room would be more cleaned up.
