The rooms, pools, and property were clean and accommodating. I enjoyed my stay very family friendly. I upgraded and I had access to the rooftop pool which was for adults only and it was very relaxing. The staff were the best very friendly and ready to cater to your every need. The food was ok. I went to 5 of the restaurants including the buffet. They had games for the kids to play and pool activities and games with music to enjoy during the day.

The staff was very professional, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. The food was really good, and we also loved seeing the wildlife throughout the resort. It made the experience feel unique and added to the overall atmosphere. The only downside was the gap between breakfast and lunch. Breakfast ended at 11:00 a.m., while lunch didn’t start until 12:30 p.m., so it would have been nice to have food options available during that time.
