For the price we paid our room was looking at a parking lot and the garbage bins on the ground floor. And also just down the hall from a big Christmas party. The evening staff at the front desk were also not very friend at all. It's nice and close to the park and has a great gym. Those were the only perks this stay.

Staff was efficient and courteous. The location is excellent-but we had issues with bathroom lights not working and room needed a refresh. Amenities are very nice.

Reception staff were lovely, hotel was clean. Food wasn't amazing and not much choice for fussy children!! If we were staying for a week I'm not sure we would have eaten at the hotel but we were only there one night to see a show at the O2 Academy next door so perfect for what we wanted.
