The room was clean and quiet and bigger than the typical Tokyo hotel room. There was a variety of breakfast options including yakult and vitamin supplements for those over 18. Staff were very courteous and helpful. The free airport shuttle was very convenient. The hotel was surrounded by a garden and the view from our room was lovely. There is also a Lawson convenience store on the first floor. Overall, highly recommended especially if you need an overnight stay prior to your flight the next day via Narita airport.

Standard APA hotel; small but cozy and comfortable. I couldn't find any HDMI plugs on the TV, so I didn't plug in my Switch. Noise level was "pretty low, for the most part." Four elevators ensured I rarely encountered another person until I reached the lobby. I didn't check to see if there was a coin laundry. Dueling Lawson locations (across the courtyard-like area in front of the hotel), when a nearby 7-11 would have been preferable to a 2nd Lawson. Coffee from the area's vending machines (and Lawson) was more expensive than usual, probably on account of the area being tourist-heavy. *Strong point: Three vending machines in the hotel, each with a different selection of drinks, and each with a zero-calorie soda.
