The check in and getting to our room went well. Nice staff checking me in. All went well.
Then checked fridge milk was half full so not checked and refeashed. Dirty windows. Milk was fixed very quickly when I rang. Then rest of night was good until check out. I had free parking which I spoke to staff about at check in. When I checked out the staff charged me. I explained to her about my parking she refused to listen and wouldn't take anything i said in. She was rude and made the entire stay only one night to watch Mama Mia. Really unpleasant. Its a huge casino they make more money than anyone ever and they are so rude they took away my free parking. It was only $20 but thats not the point. The point is they only treat you good if your a high roller. If your not there to gamble your just crap they dont want to worry about.
