Just simply overpriced

Great location, unfortunately we booked for 3 people only had 2 towels, no face towels, not enough shampoo & body wash, staff friendly

Lack of communication between manager and employee. guest service agent on the phone were helpless, reject everything when first ask, for example: ask if room is ready? Answer: no,at least one and half hour later. When I mentioned I saw a room was ready. He changed immediately said yes there’s a room ready….. the manger was promised sth, when I called on the phone, still got no no we don’t provide this. After I mentioned promise from manger, the answer changed to yes. ( no message put in the system??) Also bedleg was loosing it was like a teeter board. Bathroom door cannot be closed properly….. awful experience ever

Love this Hotel superb location Tanjong Pagar, very helpful staff will go that extra mile for you. Has everything you need . Stayed here last year as was dissapointed with the Amara hotel nearby. Will be staying again on the way back from Oz
