Stayed for 6 nights. Loved that there was a 24hr convenience store in the basement. The only thing we didn’t like is on the 5th day we requested a room cleaning and they half cleaned leaving the bed undone. Other than that it was an enjoyable stay. The staff were nice and helpful. Restaurant food was good.

Great service from check in to checkout. Very short walk to the beach, shopping area, restaurants. Easy access to transportation stations. Highly recommended. Surely book again this hotel for another visit.

Stayed for about 7 nights at the prima hotel and it was amazing!!! There was wifi, AC, a mini fridge and a TV for entertainment. The rooms were very clean and the service was amazing as the staff were all very kind. The cleaning staff were very sweet and would greet us whenever they saw us haha. Fresh towels were always provided whenever the room was cleaned and as we opted for the breakfast, we found it decent enough and the fries were really good LOL! I would definitely stay here again as there were no faults! Location was very convenient as well since it’s a 20 minute walk from the LOTTE dept mall and the main streets of Myeongdong. Also very close to the main subway line as well. 100/10 would recommend!

Old hotel but keep clean still 5star htel

What a beautiful place! It has everything you'd hope for in a modern apartment. The lighting system is especially impressive once you figure out the controls—it really adds to the experience. The host was incredibly communicative and always easy to reach whenever we needed help. I accidentally triggered the security alarm and needed a password to disable it. I messaged the host through KakaoTalk and received the password almost immediately—sorry about that! 😄 The complimentary limousine service between the airport and the property was a fantastic convenience. It was smooth, efficient, and very easy to use by simply following the host's instructions. We also appreciated the welcome snacks, cereal, and drinks, which were perfect after a long international flight. The location is excellent and close to everything Gangnam has to offer. The nearest subway station is less than a 10-minute walk away, which we found very manageable. One tip for future guests: keep the property's address handy. Since it's not a commercial hotel, Uber and Naver Map occasionally had trouble finding the exact location. Overall, this was a wonderful place to come back to after long days of exploring Seoul. It was comfortable, quiet, and beautifully designed. Most importantly, we always felt that help was just a message away thanks to the attentive and responsive host. We would gladly stay here again.

This hotel was perfectly located for what we planned to do. It is a popular hotel so we got picked form here for our DMZ tour and really close to the famous markets for our food tour. The breakfast was EXCELLENT! We have been travelling and so far this has been the best for choice. I would definitely stay here again.

I stayed at Shilla Stay Guro for two nights, and the overall experience was excellent. Location & Value: The hotel is right next to the subway station, making commuting effortless. For a reputable brand like Shilla, the price point offers incredible value for money. Breakfast Buffet: Absolutely top-notch. The selection and food quality were so impressive that I didn't even need to eat lunch after having breakfast here. Exceptional Staff: All staff members were very friendly and welcoming. I’d like to give a special shoutout to Annie, who truly made my stay memorable. She was exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable, and always greeted me with a warm smile whenever we crossed paths. The room was clean and comfortable, and I will definitely be staying here again on my future trips!

I think everything was pretty good. I was unsure where to stay cause I wanna stay at the hotel but it was nice. They have water there if you asked for it at the front desk but for some reason, our AC wouldn’t go below 22 three Celsius set up for 18°C but they had a hard time lowering but we were able to enjoy it though

Location is great if you want to walk around and access public transport Lots of food and stuff around The rooms are large and well set up although a bit worn The gym is completely useless but there are plenty of gyms with day pass around

Room was spacious with view. There was only one elevator and thankfully it did not breakdown when i stayed there. Overall, i enjoyed my stay there with location close to Myeungdong and Namsan. Room was cleaned everyday and it was excellent with front staff ready to assist you anyway they can.
