Very nice property. Great location. Plenty to do around the area.

The internet was adequately fast, the staff was very helpful, the location perfect - and the bedsheets were wonderful. The one silly personal complain we had would be the quality of the coffee provided in the room. Do not expect it to be good. Instead, go down to reception and ask to use the espresso machine. And while you are sipping the espresso - or if you cannot sleep - checkout the amazing design books available to browse at the reception area. We skipped breakfast, totally forgot that was an option -and anyway, exciting food options await as soon as you walk out the front door.

The breakfast had so many wonderful choices, and the food was great. The Chief Concierge Raymond Woo helped us quite a bit, pointing us in the right direction and giving us ideas for things to see and how to get there. A nice and quite hotel, with great beds.

The breakfast is stopped at 10:30 am and lunch started at 12 noon. I tried to caught a bus at 12:10 to airport, so there's nothings available between the hour. I went to airport early. And the AC wasn't working properly, the temperature was up and down that matched with the thermostat.

I came to stay myself. Check in and check out process is seamless. Great space in my room. Wish it was closer to mtr exit though.

I was dreading my trip to hk because of how small and crowded everything could be. However, I’m so glad that we booked with ecotree. The room was spacious with three beds and a baby crib. Sheung Wan is very quiet and is a short walk from the oceanfront and HKU. We stayed mostly in the area and people were very friendly (definitely love babies as well)! Loved our stay and highly recommend ecotree!
