Close proximity to town and the mountain. But it is super dated. Bed was clean. The heater leaked water all over the rug. The carpet is old and dirty. It’s rough.

You can not beat the location for ski in and ski out. The room are a little dated but Montreal issues, beds felt recently replaced an were very comfortable. The included breakfast was terrible.
