I had a terrible and unfortunate experience at the Conrad. I went to the Alle bar on the 66th floor. I was there for an hour and a half. When they did their shift change a new bartender came in and she blatantly discriminated against me. I tried to close out tab to the room, but she refused to do so unless I gave her my ID. I asked why when no one else at the bar was asked to do so. She said she would would feel more comfortable and it was so I would have to shout my room number in public. And yet, there were three other patrons at the bar and she did bit ask for their ID. This is completely unacceptable and when I went to the hotel manager they just said well send an email and follow up with you. Not ok.
