Had a great time staying at the Virgin Hotel. Very clean and kid friendly

Wish either the pool was bigger or there were more pools. I appreciate there being two but the beach chairs in between the 2 pools seemed kind of akwardly placed. The staff was good. The room could be updated but was otherwise nice.

Good location on the strip and to the sphere. Lots of great shopping. Check in staff person was super friendly and helpful providing a generous upgrade. Loved the room. One recommendation is to provide coffee in room. It’s an inconvenience to get dressed and have to walk so far to stand in line to buy coffee when not quite awake!

The staff is AMAZING and makes this hotel where we stay every trip to NYC. The breakfast is also a big selling point, along with easy location for shows. The rooms are terribly small, not in super fantastic condition; but we don’t spend much time in the room anyway.
