As per the usual with Vibe Hotels this was no exception to the excellent service and quality I've experienced at any other. Staff were very helpful, parking was reasonable, location was perfect. View wasn't anything, but I knew that going into it, however the room was perfect and you are walking distance to the Harbour Bridge and so much shopping I'll take the trade off. Parking was many levels underground and extremely safe and secure so well worth the money, also allowed me to leave my car there the day of checkout so I could do some shopping and sightseeing in the morning without having to worry about moving my car or paying for parking again. Room was immaculate, shower and bathroom were amazing. Not much else to say but I'd stay again anytime!

Extremely good customer service with lovely staff allowing us to park early and also check in early. Clean room, nice facilities and a great location, however the maintenance(sheets, towels, toilet paper etc) trolley being left in the hallway our entire stay was a little off putting and not the best thing to see all the time. Surely there’s a place to store these so they don’t get left outside your room permanently as I feel that’s not something a place charging $400++ a night should be doing.
