Hotel is nice and rooms are spacious (bathroom is small) but the dinner staffing was insufficient the one night we had dinner at the hotel. There was only 1 cook in the kitchen and 1 waiter and about 5 tables so food arrived bit by bit over a 90 minute period. I would suggest eating out all the time as nearby restaurants are better than hotel but the hotel overall is good and i would stay there again.

The perfect place to stay on Jeju. Feels secluded, but is close to many restaurants, cafes and other amenities. The waveless bakery cafe attached to the hotel makes top level pastries and coffee. Too many good things to list, I liked this hotel far more than 5 star hotels I stayed in on Jeju.

Everything is spotless; it’s so clean you could eat off the floors. The staff are exceptionally polite, friendly, and always ready to help with a genuine smile. This resort isn’t just a stay—it’s an unforgettable experience that sets a whole new standard for hospitality. 5 stars not enough for this place!!!

Great hotel location..good walking distance to the market streets and nearby restaurants. Was offered a free room upgrade as my initial room was not ready. Staff was very friendly ans courteous and provided all the information that I needed to enjoy my stay in Jeju

Had an excellent stay at this hotel. Centrally located in Jeju City in a beautiful location along the waterfront. Easy walk to Jeju's market, central shopping street, Black Pork Street, and Sashimi Street.
