"We were arriving late as we were driving in from Nevada and had made reservation here mainly as it felt convenient that it advertised “no end” on their check-in time on the Expedia site. Nonetheless, my husband called on our way there around midnight to let them know we’d be arrived around 3-3:30am and to confirm this would be okay. The front desk lady told him that she’d hold our reservation until 3:30 but after that she’d need to mark us down as no-shows. Ridiculous. With that kind of tight...
"Our stay was ok.
Our room was not the cleanest. We moved the ottoman to put our feet up, and underneath was broken up cookies, dirt and lots of crumbs. Assuming they vacuumed around it. There was also food on the counter in the kitchen area.
The front desk staff really wasn't helpful. I asked about restaurants nearby. She didn't know. I asked where nearest grocery store was, she said I could Google it.
Please note to bring your own cleaning supplies. They only will give you pods to go in...
"I arrived very late and was exhausted, the front desk staff (Jasmine) was a god send. She was so kind and made check in a breeze. Oh and the breakfast was wonderful. I will be staying on my way back!!"
