The concept of Casa de Campo as a community is amazing. Beautiful architecture, landscapes, and natural enclaves.

The kids’ area was great. My children enjoyed it, and the staff working it were good. The food was not great. Compared to other hotels, there was no poolside server offering food or drinks. If you do not speak Spanish, communication will be difficult. The staff is very friendly. The barrier is language, not attitude. The pressure to sit through the membership presentation is exhausting. If guests already pay to stay at your property, do not push them into a timeshare pitch.

She consistently provided exceptional service, making sure every meal was perfect. She was attentive, welcoming, and always checked that everything met our expectations. Her professionalism, leadership, and genuine commitment to guest satisfaction were evident in every interaction. She made us feel like VIP guests at all times. This is a beautiful property with a great variety of restaurants and entertainment. Staff is friendly and helpful. Our stay was on the adult side of the resort and it was quiet and peaceful. I would definitely revisit.

The staff was helpful and accommodating. The pools were nice. The beach needs to be maintained for excessive amounts of seaweed onshore. We did not go to the beach due to the seaweed.
