North East Division Ski Holidays

We spent one night at this big, busy, centrally located hotel. Room was stylish and comfortable, but the glass wall on the bathroom was a little odd. We easily stored our bags (with many others) on the day we left. We decided against the pricey hotel breakfast, but found the neighborhood choices early in the morning were limited.

Superb service from all staff. I can remember a few of the names, Chloe - check in was fast and friendly, Max - pool bar was talkative and informative, Ivan - breakfast was happy and accommodating. Quality hotel. I will definitely be recommending it to anyone.

Spectacular! What a 5 star hotel should be and much more. No place on earth like it! Every aspect was exceptional.

An outstanding hotel. Looks amazing from the street, and the views are just as amazing inside. Would stay there again without hesitation.

Good room, friendly staff

The staff was very helpful and shared all of the must see tourists spots. We also got a free upgrade to a suite.

Room clean and had everything I needed as a single traveller. I would imagine it would be quite small for a couple. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Good value.
