Staff at both the front desk and the bus captain's desk were outstanding. Breakfast was marvelous. The room was basic and the shower did leak badly.
However, any negative about the room was well made up by the hotel's location in Times Square and Restaurant Row.
I will return.

My room had a distinct smell to it, and I noticed that the dresser wasn’t checked bc there was clothes still in there. The amenities were amazing! The staff, especially Vanessa was extremely helpful. The staff I interacted with has been there for 11 years plus and you can tell that they enjoy their jobs.
