Good location. Walking distance to Kyoto Station. Bus station in front of hotel. Dryer doesn’t work well but it provides a lot hangers The clothes got dry enough over night. Staffs are friendly. The shuttle to Golden Temple is convenient. There are many restaurants around. It’s important to be close to Kyoto Station for train, bus, restaurant and shopping A convenient store just at the corner of street. An express mailing facility just 3 minutes away. It can ship your baggage to Tokyo and other places in Japan in a quick and inexpensive way

Hotel is good love the location. The breakfast buffet is somewhat awful and I would certainly skip especially for the price they charge. Lots of food options around right out the door. Beds were not very comfortable and pillows were rocks. Other than that great location would probably try one of the other hotels next time but it wasn’t bad and would stay again for sure. They won’t let you check in early either 3pm and it’s a big line as everyone is just waiting…

Great location near station, super comfortable place with plenty of room. The kitchenette was very useful and practical, and the washer/dryer was excellent and twice as fast as other places in Japan. Would definitely recommend and stay here again. Air conditioning worked great also.

We booked this hotel as website indicated a pool and sauna were included in our stay.
It wasn’t until after we checked in and asked about these, that we were told they were only available with an additional fee!
In house restaurants book up quickly and we were unable to eat at the hotel.
There is a free shuttle from the airport but had wait for three buses as the first two were full.
The hotel is beautiful and the staff member who assisted us with baggage delivery was extremely patient and accommodating!

Cross Hotel Osaka exceeded my expectations, and I would gladly stay here again on my next visit to Osaka. Its central location is incredibly convenient, with excellent restaurants, shopping, entertainment, and popular attractions within easy walking distance in every direction. The hotel is exceptionally clean, comfortable, and reasonably priced. The staff members were consistently professional, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. I highly recommend Cross Hotel Osaka to anyone looking for quality accommodations in the heart of the city.
