Orono Island Ski Holidays

The room was excellent for a group of 4. Check in was smooth through the tablet. It is a 5 minute walk from Canal City, where a lot of shops and restaurants can be found. It is also close to the Kushida-jinja Subway station, which is only a station away from Hakata station. The room was clean and had many amenities. We took advantage of the washer and did laundry. The neighborhood is near a school, but not very noisy. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to anyone in the Hakata area.

Excellent location with subways nearby and a short walk to the Hakata station. Nearby malls, convenience stores and restaurants add to the appeal and a famous bakery is just opposite the hotel. The onsen is acceptable but I find the number of washing machines/dryer a bit lacking leading to long wait to do laundry. In room aircon takes a while to cool the room. What I find annoying is that the light switches in the room completing turn off everything even though there is a switch for the down light next to the bedside table. We can’t even leave the bathroom light on. Aside from these minor issues it was a good stay .

Excellent stay. Super-quiet rooms. Amazing breakfast!

The hotel is nice except how dated it looked. For the price, maybe I’d pick a newer hotel next time.

My partner and I highly recommend this hotel. The hotel is very new, clean, well appointed and has a modern style. Our room on the 18th floor was spacious and comfortable. The views of Hakata bay are stunning and it is well situated just above the Marizon Seaside Resort and Momochihama beach. It was very easy to get to by public transit from either Hakata station or Tenjin. The hotel staff were warm and welcoming and we were particularly impressed by one of the hotel supervisors working in the club lounge and at the hotel check-in desk. We had frequent interactions with this very pleasant and helpful man throughout our six night stay. This person went above and beyond what was expected and he was kind and gracious throughout. We were very lucky to have met such a wonderful ambassador of the hotel. Other employees working in the club lounge were at all times very attentive. If there is one comment that would be considered a negative it would be that although small, the gym has everything you need for a good workout. However it was quite warm in the room and had us nearly sweating before we started exercising. An easy thing to remedy however. We look forward to returning to this gem of a hotel in this beautiful city.
