CR door was broken, I think, we cannot lock it. The flush button in the toilet bowl was broken also.

Wonderful property.

This our 3rd stay at Kandaya. Sadly, lots of upgrading is needed now. We first had a deluxe suite booked. Foul smell was coming from bathroom, TV wasn’t working well and air conditioned was not functioning well. We eventually moved to a villa, which was better but bathroom needs upgrading, tiles from the pool were coming off as well. Gym definitely needs a lot of upgrades. Air condition was always not properly functioning and ALL equipments were so old, most were taped off and too old to use. Expected more for spa accommodation, especially for the price. Staff is always friendly. Hopefully upgrades will be done, especially for the price.

This place seemed to be no longer maintained even their most expensive room is not up to par. Shower is broken, wifi is not working and staff is working while you are in the room. Terrible

Excellent Stay and Outstanding Service Excellent experience this time around! We had a few concerns during our stay, but the management and staff responded to them promptly and professionally. We truly appreciated how attentive, accommodating, and responsive they were to our needs. Their willingness to listen and take action made a big difference in our overall experience. The staff were courteous and helpful, and management clearly showed that they value guest feedback and guest satisfaction. Another great feature we enjoyed was the steam room and sauna, which were wonderful amenities to relax and unwind after a busy day. Having these facilities available made our stay even more enjoyable and added to the overall value of the hotel. We were so happy with our experience that we continued rebooking this hotel throughout our two-week stay in Cebu. That says a lot about the level of service, comfort, and hospitality we experienced. Kudos to the management and the entire team! Thank you for making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Your excellent customer service and attention to your guests are definitely reasons why we would be happy to stay here again and recommend the hotel to others.

No soap , shampoo and toothbrush . But we are prepared. But the beach is very nice your own beach . Far from restaurant but the care taker let us use his motorcycle and we gave him some money for it.

I’m sure it once was a beautiful property, but the maintenance has gone. Also, some of the amenities weren’t even open yet. We actually left the resort to go somewhere else for our day.
