Excellent hotel with beautiful rooms, extremely comfortable bed and excellent staff. Enjoyed the Chinese restaurant and the lobby lounge during the stay. Very high quality hotel providing first class service. Highly recommend the Shilla.

We really liked the family bunker room. It was great space for a family of four. Our children are 12 and 13. They had western plugs in room and large refrigerator for a hotel room. The front staff were helpful too.

It’s a business hotel for people not staying in the room most of the time so be aware! Not family friendly, the carpet is super dusty and the shower/bathroom is really run down and old. They need to update the facilities. Staff was friendly and helpful. But not worth your money. Looks like they have a cool bar/restaurant downstairs but we didn’t check it out
