Always clean rooms and great location

Nice room but no hot tub or whirlpool in the rooms

The location was convenient for Little Italy, shops (upscale and tourist) and plenty of restaurants. There is no view, but that was not expected. Amenities were my only issue-2 towels, 2 hand towels. No wash cloths. If streaming services were available, we couldn’t find them. There was coffee, tea and water in the lobby, a Keurig would have been nice.

An impersonal staff and, sadly, I was located in one of the rooms in the basement.

I have not been to a hotel especially when you pay for an upgraded room where you pay for everything not even a free bottle of water!

I stay here once a year and I love it every time. Clean, great service, and great location :-)

Room was clean, spacious and wonderfully comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful, particularly Diego. Food throughout the hotel was exceptional! Lobby bar had great end-of-day cocktails in a cozy setting. Will definitely stay again!
