Great location! I loved the stay but our air conditioning was leaking water the whole time. So the floor was always wet. Otherwise- great hotel, great location and I would stay there again!

Did not have the best experience this time. I usually love staying here as it is convenient and the rooms are a great size for NYC.
This time was dissatisfied as one of the reels was tattered and had a hole in it. The coffee machine and cups were full of dust. The coffee cup and glass were not cleaned the next day after use. The bar / coffee shop did not serve coffee at 4:15
