Excellent experience on check-in, with helpful and friendly staff. Location is excellent, especially if you’re looking for somewhere easy to navigate to, close to the station but a little less busy. Room was very spacious and had lots of amenities. Very happy and would stay again.

Hotel is in a great place, close to centraal station, the square, red light and coffee shops. Staff were brilliant and the room had everyrhing we needed.

Excellent stay! Beds are comfortable, showers have great pressure and the rooms are spacious and beautiful. We enjoyed our stay here very much!

Great location! Walkable to everything and tram pickup right outside almost. Very clean. Great little bar, we went every night. Staff was amazing! Will 100% stay there again.

Rooms were good, spacious. Attention to detail. Housekeeping prepared the essentials, so much attention from a sleep well card, to the name of the person who prepared your room. Thank you Niculina! Toiletries were all set up, toiletries were restocked whilst I was out. Staff are exceptional, service was 5* Rated it 3* on the basis that my hotel deposit of €100 was not refunded fully, despite not using anything in the room. For a luxury hotel, this was something that shouldn’t have been missed.

Everything is quite simply ideal for the leisure traveler. You couldn’t ask for a better location, in the heart of one of the best neighborhoods without feeling crowded or touristy. The staff is extremely welcoming and helpful, and the amenities are excellent. If you plan to do a canal tour, definitely plan to do this through the hotel’s boat, The Tourist, which boasts a historical link to Winston Churchill. We thoroughly enjoyed our dining experiences as well.
