Fort Lee - Paramus Waterpark Holidays

The location was phenomenal. The price was also very affordable.. I’m not sure if I would give it a four star hotel rating as a very small simple room. But the front desk staff were friendly. We had a discount on a parking garage that was two blocks away.

The entire room and bathroom is small so it's a good option if you don't expect to stay in the hotel for long. The room has dings on the wall and the bathroom shower floor had stains that don't seem to get out. There were some areas that seem like they normally aren't cleaned. The breakfast was good with a decent variety of food. It does get pretty packed. The hotel is about 5 minutes from the subways and close enough to Times Square/ Broadway shows that there are always people walking around late at night. It's a good location if you want to be near Times Square and the surrounding areas and you won't expect to be in the hotel room for long.

Cleaning

The staff was very friendly from the moment we arrived. The rooftop bar was fun and has an excellent view of the city. The atmosphere of the hotel is a lot of fun!

The staff was helpful throughout my stay and always pleasant to interact with. My room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The hotel's midtown location was excellent, centrally located and convenient to everything I wanted to see and do. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located hotel with great service.

Clean

Pros: Great location and a very friendly and helpful staff. Cons: The public spaces downstairs are public, noisy and always full of people. Sometimes it was even difficult to reach the room because of the crowd at the hotel's main entrance.
