Gorgeous property. Everything walking distance. Cleanliness 10/10

We loved the location of this property, it was in a clean, safe, corporate neighborhood. Lots of restaurants and places to get a cocktail nearby. The staff was sweet and we used the washer/dryer a lot! We loved how modern it was. The rooms were a great size for 3 people. Check out the restaurants in Tokyo Station too!! Thank you for the wonderful stay!

MONday Apart Premium Ueno Okachimachi was a great fit for our stay. It was located right near Ueno and was central to local shopping and eating places, with the train only a block away and grocery stores nearby. The room was clean and nice enough and had bunk beds for the kids as well as a washing machine which was very handy. The only thing was that our room was looking over the train lines so it did get a bit noisy, but after walking through the city all day, we were able to sleep through it with no issues.

The property was very new and clean. The clothes washer/dryer in the unit was great. Great shopping within a 20 minute walk.

The gardens for the property and the other Prince hotels were beautiful. The 7-11 in the lobby was very convenient for a late night snack and quick morning coffee. Access to Shinagawa Station was welcome after our Shinkansen from Kyoto, and access to the Yamamoto line for getting around Tokyo after arrival. There was significant construction in front of the hotel that made walking from the station a bit tricky, but we were able to access through the Prince Sakura Tower.

We had a most wonderful time at the aoyama grand. The rooms and service were 5-star. The staff was incredibly helpful in helping to find restaurants, holding our bags after check out and ordering a taxi for us. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again!

The room was small, but that’s to be expected in Tokyo. It was functional for what we needed. We mainly used it to shower and sleep, so it suited us just fine. The location was convenient, about a 10-minute walk to Shinjuku Station, which made getting around easy. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, a solid choice if you’re looking for a simple, clean, and well-located place to stay.

Hotel was clean and the toilet and shower are great but overall the space is small. Literally you have to walk sideways. No staff to talk to which has its pros and cons. No one to ask for any suggestions such us restaurants nearby.Do not use this hotel if you have large luggage’s.
