Very nice apartment hotel option well located

I booked MONday Apart Premium Ueno Okachimachi because I wanted a more roomy apartment for my family of 3 and these apartments were perfect. MONday Apart Premium Ueno Okachimachi is located a few minutes walk from Okachimachi station on the Yamanote Line and 6 or mins or more from Suehirocho station on the Ginza line. Akihabara is 8 mins walk. The area is very safe and we had no issue walking around at night and during the day. There is a Lawsons a minute or so nearby and also a Family Mart near the Okachimachi station, which is so handy for snacks, food and groceries. Ueno is also not far away. There are a few restaurants nearby, including Egg Baby Cafe which was really good. The rooms got cleaned 3 days out of our 10 days stay which worked well for us, they also had the option of leaving dirty towels and garbage bags outside your door to be collected on non cleaning days. Access to the rooms and lift area is accessible via a numerical code. The room had a sensor light which automatically turned on when you got up to the bathroom at night, this was probably the only annoying part of our stay. I suggest wearing an eye mask to avoid being woken up by the lights at night. The staff spoke English and were very hospitable, friendly and kind. The room does have some noise from the trains nearby, but it is not too loud that it is distracting. Other than the train noise, I cannot hear my neighbours. Overall we enjoyed our stay and we would stay here again.

Accessible to diffetent places. Very clean room, staff were resourcefule and very respectful, kitchen and laundry were a bonus

Nice hotel and big enough for 2 adults 2 kids. Futon beds were self set up in the seating area, we didn’t pack up futon each day. Great location next to train - quiet room - and near Tokyo Tower but not near shopping district which was 2 stops away.

Everything you need to enjoy a relaxing stay is here. Pool, spa, onsen, jet pools, the one outside was my favorite. All amenities needed to doll up. Used the room bath once, big tub; mostly spent my time in the spa and gardens for the misting events and night walks. Awesome service and atmosphere. Stayed two nights. Look forward to making staying here next Tokyo trip.

Excellent Service, Amazing Views & Worthwhile Club Lounge Access We had a fantastic week at Keio Plaza Hotel Tokyo Premier Grand and would absolutely return! Our Premier Grand Deluxe King with club lounge access and breakfast was well worth it. Our spacious, comfortable room had wonderful views of the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building’s nightly digital light show. A Bluetooth speaker let us play the accompanying music from our room—an unexpected treat! The club lounge was a highlight, especially for evening drinks and breakfast. Reserve breakfast seating the day before. Popular times can be cramped, so go early if you can. Don't overlook the concierge and bell desk! They provided maps, recommendations, booking help, and itinerary advice to avoid crowds. They even suggested an early-morning temple visit and 24-hour convenience stores along our route. This thoughtful service made a real difference. The location is excellent, in a quieter area near Shinjuku Station and even closer to Tochomae Station. Housekeeping was exceptional, and every staff member we encountered was kind and helpful. A few tips: Elevators can be slow and crowded. Blackout curtains let in some light around the edges. The pillows weren't right for us, consider buying your own if you are particular. Bottom line: Spacious rooms, spectacular views, an excellent club lounge, and outstanding service made this a memorable stay. Highly recommended! *Reserve the Hotel's airport transfer bus! So convenient.
