The staff and hotel in general was great for my family. The room was a little dusty but still clean enough. The dinner was a bit overpriced but was slightly above average. Definitely convenient access to the theme park. Will try to come again in the future. My kids really enjoyed their stay and that’s all that matters.

Breakfast was fantastic! The location to the station is unbeatable. Staff is great!

The location is excellent—close to a wide variety of eateries, with easy access to trains, and within comfortable walking distance to many tourist attractions and shopping areas. The hotel itself is truly unique and an iconic presence in Nagoya. One of the highlights of my stay was the daily breakfast, which was absolutely top-notch. The restaurant team consistently provided warm and welcoming service, and the portions were generous and beautifully presented. I had the opportunity to try both the Western and Japanese breakfast options, and I genuinely could not fault either. I especially appreciated the thoughtful emphasis on local brands and ingredients. The hotel team as a whole is exceptional. Their genuine hospitality and deep knowledge are, in my opinion, what make this property deserving of its place within the SLH collection. Nothing was “too hard” for them, and the team always tried to communicate with me to the best they can. Kano from the concierge team was just so lovely and shared with me some of her recommended local spots for dining~ and you can tell how passionate she is of the hotel. The artworks displayed throughout the hotel added a special charm to the overall experience, and the exclusive access to the observation deck was truly memorable. All in all, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and am so glad I chose this hotel for my very first visit to Nagoya.
