The staff is lovely, but there are 2 lifts depending on your room and one of them is like a service lift, it's terrible and does not make you feel like a welcome guest. The staff force you to use the crapy lift depending on your room loaction
Breakfast has a vast variaety and it's nice but quite busy and run out of the options often and are not filled up for a while
It's very family friendly and staff are lovely to the kids
I'd recommend it to ppl travelling with kids

The breakfast buffet was great, enjoyed the pool. Staff were friendly. Rooms were nice and big. Was a little dampened due to the construction and renovation of another wing. Which we were warned about so thats no problem just not as serene as it could have been.
