Room was well kept and the staff very nice. The room was a little small, but that was expected. The hotel was in close proximity to several tourist areas, restaurants, and two metro stops. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.

Buffet was great. Property was convenient to visit relatives.

Great in hotel shops, food & pastries. Great breakfast buffet. They even had outside vendors come in. We really enjoyed most everything there. Major problem we had was the mattresses were terrible. Basically a spring frame with a half inch of material on it so you could feel the springs in it. They gotta change the mattresses. Then the a/c went out @ midnight. Didn’t have it checked since we were checking out. Also we got massages there. Different than a western massage. You keep your clothes on & they do pressure points. I thought it was still good but the others in the group didn’t enjoy it as much.

Clean room, friendly staff, great view. Enjoyed pool and beach. Very family friendly with many activities for kids to do.
