Okinawa Island All inclusive Holidays

The staff was amazing and very welcoming. The room was very large and had everything we needed. Super clean. The only complaint was that the dryer did not dry our clothes appropriately. Also, you cannot get breakfast there unless you order the night before. No other facilities on site for eating. Overall, it was an excellent stay and I highly suggest it!

Had an amazing stay at this place. We hired a car, so everything was in close proximity when driving, beach, snorkeling, supermarket.

Check in took some figuring out but was pretty straight forward! Make sure to check in via the screen by the front door to get the door pin! Place was spotless and had everything we needed to cook, clean, eat, and enjoy! Even has a wet bathroom and a nice bath tub! Laundry was awesome with detergent and softener provided! Close to a family mart down the street. Definitely need a car for Okinawa in general so wasn't an issue for us! 15 minute drive from beaches, southeast botanical gardens! Would absolutely book again!

What a lovely place to stay. Beautiful view of the ocean and easy access to it. Love the hotel pajamas. They are so comfortable. We rented a car and had a wonderful time exploring nearby areas and driving north. Also, we could go at our own pace and not worry about getting to the tours on time and feeling rushed through our experiences. We would love to stay here again if we return to Onna City. Very clean, great customer service, great amenities, spacious accommodations.

Horrible !!! The Hotel never warned us , despite them having ample time , that because of the typhoon most amenities would be closed. They mentioned some amenities , BUT the entire beach was closed!!!!! If they had told us this before our stay we would have cancelled ! The only thing operational was the indoor pool and I’m sure that they were going to close that as well. When our flight was cancelled back to Tokyo they were so so unhelpful. No one except one staff member named Alice, in her limited capacity , tried to assist us as we were hysterical (this was our main flight back to South Africa). When we asked for an extension in our stay they inflated the price. This was the most horrible travel experience we as family have ever had and we travel extensively. I would recommend that as a foreigner you stay very far away from this hotel !!!!!

Beautiful location and the staff was outstanding. The building is weathered with cracks and stains on the walls of the interior and exterior. The beach was good, but there was a great deal of garbage along various parts of the sand.

The location was further than anticipated from what the description said. Then there was a strong musty smell in coming from the AC units. The elevator had a horrible odor as well.
