"무료로 제공되는 서비스가 훌륭했어요~~ 가족 여행에 맞게 음료/아이스크림/각종 주류/간식이 늘 2층에 구비되어있어 큰 도움이 되었습니다. 주변 마트나 편의점, 맛집에서 식사거리를 사와서 먹는데도 전혀 불편함을 느낄 수 없도록 전자레인지, 뜨거운 물, 음료가 제공되어 그야말로 일본여행에 딱이지 않았나 싶어요. 또 11시, 5시에 열리는 각종 미니 문화행사도 다채로웠고 저녁에 주신 라멘과 오키나와 소바도 훌륭했어요. 방은 좀 작은 편이지만 2층을 주로 활용해서 괜찮았고 여행내내 비가와서 야외온천은 좀 온도가 아쉬웠기에 대욕장이 있다면 훨씬더 좋았겠다 싶어요. 그리고 중국인지 대만인지 단체 관광객이 많고 영유야 가족동반이 많아 조용하고 한적한 스타일을 원하시면 힘드실 수도 있겠어요. 조식은 적절하게 너무 많지도 부족하지 않게 준비되어 있었어요. 다만 소시지나 햄 베이컨류가 부족하지 않나 싶어요. 그래도 카레나 미소국 반찬으로 맛있고 든든하게 조식 먹었어요^^ "

"房間大小適中，放嬰兒床後空間不會太擁擠，且嬰兒床是可以作為床邊床使用的那種，飯店地點很不錯，提供很多嬰幼兒用品，很適合有小小孩的家庭。飯店其實備有滿多嬰幼兒用品，但如果沒有主動一個個提出要求，飯店是不會主動提供的 (已經有事先跟他們帶幾個月的寶寶，但就是客戶要求什麼才給什麼，明明有很多用品但櫃檯不會主動詢問或提供)，建議事先查看官網看有什麼用品是需要的。住宿方面都是舒適的，唯一讓我們覺得不太舒服的點是，退房當天明明是11點退房，但櫃台10:50就打電話催促。"
