"He hotel is really new and nice. However, rooms are too small compared to other older more established properties. The staff was not very helpful due to inexperience. Also, the hotel doesn't offer much concierge service. There are amenities missing in the rooms for example body lotion doesn't exist in the hotel rooms and the hotel doesn't have any body lotion."

"The room was well maintained and comfortable. The access to the lounge with unlimited beverages and snacks was a nice touch. Though we didn’t get a chance to go to the rooftop pool it was good to know it was always an option. The location was very convenient and within walking distance of the major shopping streets, restaurants and public transportation. The hotel was a very good value for the price and the staff was very friendly."

"Amazing harbor views from the room, impressive indoor and outdoor swimming pools, and a panoramic sunset view from the 13th-floor bar featuring delicious Caprese salad, sandwich, Okinawan sausage, and a good drinks selection including local Awamori. Even the tantamen (spicy noodles) from the Chinese restaurant (13th floor) was flavorful. The breakfast (Paseo Garden) and lunch (Annon) buffets were excellent, and the staff were very helpful. The hotel is next to a stadium and Ginowan Seaside Park for safe, well-lit evening walks. The room could use a bit of updating but didn’t detract from the great experience. Highly recommended!"

"Hotel was very nice although a little secluded. There were 3 restaurants on premises and a convenience store with limited snack options but lots of souvenirs. There was nothing around the hotel and bus service stops around 8 pm. Staff was very friendly and pool was really nice. There’s a private beach however the it’s hard to swim there after noon as the tide goes out and it’s a small blocked off area. There’s a pool side restaurant as well. Overall happy with the hotel but the area is very secluded. Breakfast buffet had a variety of options to choose from as well."
