5 star hotel, worth the rate.

Cost I booked a double room at The Cosmopolitan on Expedia for $143 per person per night, with parking at $20 per day. Service Service quality was less than 3 stars. The hotel doesn’t provide bottled water, citing eco-friendliness, and also lacks complimentary kettles in rooms, though microwaves are provided with request. Strangely, unlimited bottle water supply can be seen at their fitness center. Nighttime room service was frustratingly slow. My midnight request for slippers and toiletries wasn’t fulfilled until 3 a.m., despite several follow-ups calls to the front desk. However, daytime requests were much quicker. Facilities and Views The views are a highlight—my room overlooked the Eiffel Tower, the Sphere, and the Ferris wheel. The Chelsea Tower has a heated outdoor pool, while the Boulevard Tower offers better views. The fitness center overlooks the Bellagio fountains, and there’s an Ice Rink during November ~ December. Parking and Convenience The parking spots lack number labels, making it very hard to find your car. So note your parking location. As an MGM Rewards property, the hotel allows free parking at other MGM hotel/casino with your room key. This is very convenient for exploring the Strip, as half hotels/casinos on the Strip belongs to MGM, and none of them offer free parking.

The hotel is rated four stars, but the service didn’t feel like a four-star experience. The hotel was dimly lit, and many of the wooden surfaces were damaged. Many details in the cleaning were not well taken care of. The air conditioning made a very loud noise while running.

The room is clean, bright and the pattern is comfortable. Moreover, it also provides an extra-large refrigerator, a microwave oven, an induction cooker and a washing machine dryer. The accommodation is also very comfortable, bringing me a very satisfactory trip.

This is an excellent hotel—extremely comfortable 😌 and the service is top-notch 👍.

there were construction working in the mid night until 4am during our stay. We heard the noise of chipping and drilling something. The hotel also assigned a room with all the AC outdoor units outside our room. Not to mention the noise from the AC units, the view was terrible.
