Wifi was super slow in the room. Hot water was great. Air conditioner was terrible & it was hot in the room. Check-in was difficult; room was ready an hour late & the self check-in machines didn't work properly. Lost over $5,000 and I couldn't even get a free meal. Dealers were very sloppy & had a major procedural breach & I got no refund.
