Overall it was a great experience the hotel itself is clean. But we had a small problem that was not addressed immediately, which was the toilet got clogged and we called the room service but no one came until we checked out.

Clean, comfortable rooms and good service. It’s not as upscale as some in the area, but you have everything you’ll need and the location is good (right on the strip and not the noisy section). Everything is walkable and Sphere is close by. Great value.

Loves this property for our family of 6 with 4 teenagers. Excellent access to the beach and restaurants on property. Could use a few more towel hooks for hanging towels in the family suites though. Wonderfully large size for the family suite though!
