I had to upgrade my room twice, maybe more information at first time could avoid hassle.
One of my TV’s was not working properly.
After upgrading rooms you think The free internet would be little better, but was very slow.
The shower didn’t have much water pressure.
The upgraded room was very noisy, because it was next to elevators.

everything was excellent, from the greetings upon arrival, to the cleanliness of the room, to the service we received at breakfast and at the bar, and the accommodation for an additional night’s stay due to a travel delay on our end because of the big snowstorm that hit the northeast.
