Friendly, helpful staff. The room was large with a comfortable bed and a very large balcony overlooking trees. The room had a full kitchen and the location was wonderful, Just a few blocks to English Bay. We will stay there again for sure.

Very clean room, comfortable bed, and extremely helpful staff! I did not get a chance to use the gym but the pool and hot tub were amazing (and are open year round as far as I know)! Very close to the Skytrain station as well, so you can be downtown in about 30 minutes.
