We had a great experience at this place. Although it was a bit pricey for the weekend we stayed, we really enjoyed it. The location is convenient, especially being close to Bryan Park. The breakfast was good, and the staff was excellent. I would definitely stay here again!

This was not an unpleasant stay, but certainly not the best. I arrived very late on my first night and was informed that the hotel was overbooked. I was given the option of finding another accommodation (not acceptable) or to stay in an "out of order" room with no AC. They would provide a large fan. As it was incredibly late, I chose to take the out of order room. The fan was acceptable and helped with the heat we were experiencing in New York at the time. None of the amenities I would except from a hotel of this caliber were available. The lobby bar was closed the entire time(Thurs-Sun). There is no room service, no ice on your floor - I had to call down to get a bucket of ice. They did not have bottled water available at the front desk. The restaurant was booked for a private party. I will say the shower was great, the bed was fine, and otherwise I wasn't even in the hotel other than to sleep.

Swanky is the first word that came to mine when we saw the place. Tall ceilings, beautiful low hanging lights and decorations. The bathroom in the lobby was purple, loved it. If you breathtaking.
