Clean, staff were amazing and attentive. Free minibar. The hotel was very big and had a nice infinity pool and a pool by the spa as well. Housekeeping were very good as were the lobby staff.

Amazing stay at Nap Patong! The staff were exceptional, the breakfast was delicious, and the rooms were modern, clean, and very comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel!

Beautiful property. Staff were very helpful.
On site food options were not tasty and the property could ultimately benefit from updates. I was not fan of the bathroom set up in the room, and I don’t think the cleaning staff were that intentional with actual clean up of room (replacing bath amenities, etc).

It was near the airport and we didn’t hear any planes flying by, very quiet. We also saw the resort while on our plan taking-off. Outside the resort seemed to be a lot of restaurant but we didn’t spend enough time to walk around to enjoy them. While I was there the water park was closed. The front desk said they should be open in October and it actually looked fun, as a 39 year old I would go. Breakfast was delicious, staff was wonderful, resort was clean, they had a shuttle running continuously, I actually enjoyed my stay. Well done Splash Beach resort, well done!
