Great staff that were very helpful and knowledgeable of the area. The room was super clean and the hotel was right next to the park which was great to walk to.

We have been staying here every time we come to Bangkok since 2017. That in itself tells you all that you need to know. We have noticed a few small things as time passes though. The interior is certainly getting a bit old. Also during breakfast there used to be an egg station that cooked eggs as you liked. I missed that this trip. We are coming back for another 4 night stay in a few weeks

Yes.Everything was perfect.I have no complaints.It is the 2nd time I have stayed at your hotel. The reason I didn’t choose excellent is because in my opinion their is always room for improvement.

Good hotel, slow lift

Convenient location central to transportation (MRT and BTS). Front desk was very pleasant and helpful. Rooms were good and quiet. However, the air conditioning wasn't as precise and felt either too hot or too cold. I kept getting congested when staying in the room. Nonetheless, it was a good stay and convenient to getting around town and finding local places to eat. Very close to Terminal 21 mall.

We were upgraded to a 1 bedroom suite. It was very comfortable. The was comfortable, breakfast was excellent and the pool area was wonderful
