The property is spacious, beautifully maintained and ideally located in the city centre, with excellent transport connections.
The restaurant and bar offer a great selection of food and beverages. The sauna and gym facilities were excellent, clean and well maintained.
What really made our stay special was the outstanding hospitality. Every member of staff, from the restaurant and bar teams to the front desk and housekeeping, was incredibly friendly, welcoming and always greeted us with a smile.
The lounge is modern, stylish and spacious, exactly as shown on the website. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel, particularly to families travelling with children of all ages.
A fantastic place to stay, and we would happily return!

The only drawback was that the hotel is a 10 minute tram ride to the city center. I would have preferred to be in the downtown area so I could return easily after sightseeing and then go out to dinner at a nearby restaurant. The staff was very helpful and the room was very nice with nice amenities.
