The stay was good. Housekeeping was un predictable. We had to constantly call to get serviced through out the day. Last day maintenance came knocking on the door. Overall, not too bad.

Check in was easy since everything can be done on the kiosk. All you need is the booking confirmation number, your ID and credit card. The property is gigantic. I booked this stay for a wedding, they were able to put me up in a room close to my party (which booked separately). Thanks to the front desk staff — they were friendly and helpful. The room was clean, spacious and had an amazing view of the Vegas strip. The casino has got a lot of different slot machines as well as table games; many options to choose from.

Great stay, 5 minutes away from the strip.

It would be better if there’s a complimentary water and coffee since the hotel imposed a resort fee which we did not really use at all since our day is filed with excursion.

Wonderful property off the strip and close to shopping and dining. The room was well laid out with ambient lighting choices. Room service was prompt. I was on a high floor and there was no noise from the club. Great food choices on site from cookie bar to full service dining.

The property is great. Good amenities. Only thing that I didn’t like was that we paid for a strip view and when we got there they said they didn’t have any available so they stuck us on a north view towards downtown. I don’t know how they can charge you a specific room and not hold it. They never offered any compensation for this.
