Excellent stay! Room was beautiful and very clean. The only complaint was that our room was on the first floor facing the street and it could be quite loud at the restaurant next door so it was difficult to keep the window open!

Good staff, breakfast food selection could have been slightly better, rooms at front of hotel not best soundproofing so end up hearing everything happening in the square out front. But fault location above Metro with many line options.

Rooms are outdated. The corridor’s and the room’s carpet are smelly and old. The Ac in the room didnt work and that moldy smell from the carpet was uncomfortable. The restaurant was okey 3/5.
Service is slow. The eifel tower view from the room was incredible and breakfast room service was fast and delicious.

The room was really dark and the check in experience wasn't the best. They were helping people who walked up to the counter instead of helping the people who were waiting in line.

Room was terribly dirty - staff was friendly but also didn’t do anything. Told me that hotel is fully booked - really? It is not a holiday season and looking at the flow at breakfast this is not a busy hotel. But in fact, they didn’t do anything when guests are staying in a dirty room
