"We had a beach balcony, thus we had a view of the live music every night. It was excellent we did not have to leave. Everything we wanted food, entertainment, and the beach were at the Island. We will visit again. Very family oriented which is much appreciated"

"Booked my room in January, upon arrival the front desk acted like they didn’t have a room. Ended up with a room where hotel ads were Right next to me. Workers were arguing in the lobby. Pool extremely small. Lost money I. The hotel could not stay had to find another location. Don’t stay here."

"I thought that the gym was outstanding. The amenities weren't as advertised. The bikes were never available, there was construction everywhere, nowhere to eat, no bars, restaurants, and no pool towels."
