I stayed in this hotel for 4 nights. My request for a late check out for just one hour because of the flight schedule, but refused by the staff in reception. It is so unbelievable and disappointed!
As a 5-star hotel, it would be great if the hotel can provide a small amount of fresh fruits inside the room everyday.
