After a couple of nights of outside noise keeping me awake, I asked the staff if I could change to a quieter room. They were very helpful and able to find me one and although it resulted in a room upgrade there was no additional charge. Could not have been more helpful.

"Very small rooms and there didn’t seem to be ac. Drapes don’t cover the windows properly which is a problem in the summer when the sun is out for most of the day and night. Location is good but Bergen is so small that all hotels in the city center are in a good location."
