A great place to stay with kids.

We loved the privacy. That is what you’re paying for here. You are completely away from the world in this little tropical dream. The pool was amazing. We also liked snorkeling at blue cave and didn’t mind that it seems to be used for tour guides. I felt better being in the ocean with a few people around. Then back to the solitude of our house. Of course there are spiders and other critters given that you are somewhere tropical. The house lizards were cute. Make sure to stock up on anything you want before your stay so you don’t have to leave. Oh, also the chef is amazing and will accommodate any dietary restrictions if you notify them with enough time.

The whole resort is absolutely stunning - the food, the staff, the views, the beach, the activities - all perfect. Such an idyllic location - also so much fun having your own golf cart for the entire stay. We cannot thank the resort enough for such an incredible time here.

Loved the washer dryer in the room. Great modern hotel with apartment feel. Good location set a little out of town but not too far, onsite car rental was simple and very helpful along with the lime scooters on site. Worth a look if your planning a trip to Ishigaki

とても綺麗で家族皆満足でした サウナも快適であいにくの天気でしたが皆楽しむことができました 難点は　サウナへのアクセスは出入り口の段差が大きく不便　足場があればサンダルも置けてベターに感じます また　調理器具は一見綺麗ですがフッ素加工などがなくなっていてすぐに焦げ付きました　電波が悪いからかヘルプセンターの声は聞き取ることが困難でした　ガウンなどは無いので寝る時はパジャマなどが必要です ただ　とても綺麗で雰囲気がいいヴィラです 日本の国内でこのクオリティはあまり見かけないのでまた機会があれば泊まりたいです

Our stay at ANA Ishigaki was excellent, throughout. A special mention to the manager of Saltida who went out of their way to make sure that the vegetarians in our party were fed well and the concierge desk for being very helpful with our last-minute attempts to use the Business Office and spaces.

親と子供連れて、6人、５日旅行です。素敵な宿で、最高の時間を過ごしました。 オーナーのクリスさんは明るい笑顔で出迎えました。子供たちも親たちも喜びました。 ありがとうございました。

Clean room, nice staff, good location But ventilation not that good, the corridor and toilet smelt humid and mouldy, even with 24hr ventilation

チェックイン時から不愉快な経験をしました。 ①洗濯機上に使用済みバスタオル3枚 ②屋外の物干し竿に干したままのタオル1枚 ③洗濯機フィルターはゴミ詰まりで砂だらけ。 その不具合を連絡すると、その状況を画像を送れ、と。 事前評価で残置物コメントを拝見しながら、改善されてると思い予約しましたが、誠に残念な体験でした。 【不具合報告】 ・玄関インターフォン、壊れてます。 ・空気清浄機、壊れてます。 建物は奇麗ですが、監理体制が残念でなりません。
