Clean room and great room service. Quiet district for night and we like it! No congestion or honking like in Jie Fang Bei. Good breakfast where you can try local specialty food and some western food choices. The Serene Spa massage is amazing. (It’s not cheap but the skills of their massage are great.

Overall a very good place to stay. Very close to the National Forest attractions. Staff will need translator to communicate. They can’t understand English but they are very helpful and friendly.
Special mention to the waitress Li Ping on our floor. She was very helpful and took care of use very well.

I am disappointed by the staffs service they are not attentive to our need etc room is hot and when we ask them to make the room cold it was not met and when we ask them to assistbus to get transport to airport it was not met

This hotel is amazing. The location is not too far from the city, it's located in a beautiful, scenic mountain area. We had enjoyed the service a lot too. The manager was extremely helpful and paid great attention to all details. Last but not least, the beddings were extremely comfortable too.
