My suggestion is that your room service needs to pay more attention, as no one cleaned my room since I arrived.

Great location but hotel is rundown and rooms need a renovation. Shower was moldy and sheets had hair in them. No fan in the bathroom. Online and digital check-in kiosks did not work so had to wait in half-hour/ 45 minute check-in line at 4 pm on a Thursday. Difficult to get housekeeping. Probably won’t stay again.

This was my first time in Vegas. The hotel room was nice but seemed a bit outdated. The room had no view, expect for a wall. Not what I expected for the money. Housekeeping never came even though I requested for them to come everyday. The body wash was never refilled. I will definitely be choosing another hotel the next time I visit Vegas.

Great hotel for executives to stay at with many. Centrally located

The hotel is new. The rooms are large and clean. Bathrooms are roomy and the shower is amazing, very large and excellent water pressure. The only thing is the hotel is very large and therefore gives the impression that it’s empty. Service was excellent as well. Will go again.

No casino, no smoking. Clean, posh surroundings. Fun gift shop. Great restaurant. Great pool area. Great gym. Great cocktails.
