I loved my stay. The property is wonderful and clean, and the bed was so comfortable. The service was outstanding. Everyone was friendly, helpful and focused on service. Jason gave us a great introduction to our room and an overview of the amenities. He is super knowledgeable and funny. Fantastic hotel and highly recommended.

My room’s heat is not working, the temperature in my room is really cold!

The property style is dated but you cannot beat the location and ease of getting to just about any location in Taipei on the trains or bus lines.

This was our first time in Taipei and we absolutely loved our stay at the Taipei Garden Hotel. It was a true 5-star experience with clean spacious rooms, great views of the city, and extremely friendly & helpful staff. Whenever we would get out of the taxi, the staff greeted us by opening the doors, helped us bring in all our luggages, were very playful and attentive to our child, and helped us with additional questions. It also helped that the hotel had an onsite currency exchange as well as a spa and multiple restaurant options, although there are really great dining options nearby in the Ximending area. What stood out to me most was their choice of shampoo and conditioner - they used L’Occitane which I absolutely adored. The only thing I could possibly fault on is that the shower tiles could be cleaned a bit better, but otherwise everything was absolutely perfect. Highly recommend.

My wife and I have stayed at this property twice while visiting family in Taiwan. The hotel is close to the airport (about a 20 min drive away) and is conveniently located next to the metro, Global Mall and many local stores/shops/restaurants. It is very easy to grab a taxi or ride share. We stayed in an Executive Suite, which was very clean, roomy and comfortable, and also had a nice view of the city. The Fullon staff was friendly and very attentive to any needs we had during our stay. The breakfast buffet is a great way to start the day, with so many delicious options. Try the bone broth soup! The only negative I think of is that depending on which floor your room is located on, the noise from local traffic can be a little annoying. But that is to be expected since the hotel is located in a very busy and vibrant area of the city (metro stop and Chang Gung Memorial Hospital across the street).

Great location, very nice staff.

The property is very nice and warm for visitors. It has an activity room in the basement. My kids loves the free drinking and massage chair. The location is convenient to many sightseeings vis MTR. It is walkable to the NingXia night market.
