Absolutely amazing for our family trip. This is one of the few hotels that would provide a microwave, which is so helpful with little kids. They also came to our rescue and delivered a crib in the middle of the night, to my great relief. We traveled near Christmastime and they even surprised our kids with a gift from Santa! Appreciated the staff who did their best to accommodate an early check in and having our families’ rooms close together. Best hotel experience I’ve had in downtown Vancouver!

Room was clean and very comfortable. When the room next door played their music loudly after 9 PM, the staff immediately responded to our call and continued to check on them to make sure they didn’t raise the volume again. Every on staff was friendly from housekeeping to the concierge.

Comfortable, clean and affordable. Great amenities including heated pool and hot tub (cozy for 6, comfortable for 4); good layout in our room with seating area, study desk, and bistro table/chairs overlooking street - recommended!
